Catharina Widjaja

Catharina Widjaja has been Director at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, the largest integrated tire manufacturing company in South East Asia, since 2004 with an asset of USD 1 billion in 2013. She became Managing Director at Alun Alun Indonesia since 2007. Alun Alun Indonesia (www.alunalunindonesia.com) is an Indonesian retail concept which promotes Indonesian products and artisans, under the retail group of MAP. Previously, she worked for various companies including at HSBC Indonesia as Country Treasurer and at Deutsche Bank Indonesia as Foreign Exchange Dealer. Catharina received her Master’s degree in Control Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK. Catharina is also the Chairperson of the Indonesian Business Coalition on AIDS (IBCA).
